The letters to members with the information for remote e-voting have been posted by the independent voting service provider Electoral Reform Services (ERS) on January 13. The ballot is open 24 hours a day and closes at 23:59 GMT on 15th February 2017. You must vote by that time for your vote to be included.

You can find a list of candidates on the epi website. Please first log in to the website with your username and password. (The instructions how to log-in on the epi website are here.) then click on the "Elections" button on the right side. On the subsequent page, click on the "Statistics" button. You will see a list of EPC contracting states. Click on a state to see the candidates. Click on a candidate name to see a candidate's CV (only if a CV has been submitted).
